They are available from 9am until 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am until 5pm on the weekend.
Sending an email to email@example.com will automatically create a ticket in our ticket system
There is a chat that is available both in the Help Centre and on the Platform. To access it on the Platform. Click on the 'Live Chat' button at the top right. This will open the chat window at the bottom right. The chat window will require an email address to start the chat.
