This option is just for loyalty cards. It shows a breakdown of;
- how many scans each card has had
- total number of loyalty scans
- the top 30 scanners (customers)
Head to the ‘Results’ tab on the left of the platform.
Hover over ‘Other Reports’, and select ‘Loyalty Offers’.
This will show a graph of customers vs scans.
You can filter the results by time, place, offer, and loyalty card by hovering over loyalty offer and selecting the applicable filter.
