There are two places to see where an email is ‘from’.
The most obvious is in the recipient’s inbox. Here people can see the company name before they even read the subject. Write the name you want to display in the ‘From’ field when you create a new email.
The second place is in the footer of the email with the sender address. This section displays the sender address (physical location) and the sender email address. This is useful because it reduces the chance of your email ending up in your customers’ Junk folder. However, if you want to alter the address displayed, head to ‘Profile’ and change the address there.
See our section on user profile for more information.
