Why would I do this?
If you notice that a particular promotion is doing really well you may wish to extend this in order to treat even more of your customers. Alternatively, you may wish to shorten a promotion if it is going the opposite direction or you've simply made a mistake (it happens...) when creating the promotion originally.
How can I do this once the offer has been sent?
The beauty of the Coniq platform is that the offers, stamp cards and reward programs are digital and can be edited as and when you please. Once changed the platform then talks to the scanning devices and the barcodes that the customers have always had suddenly have a different set of rules.
How do I edit my offers on the platform?
Head to your 'Offers' tab and select the offer you wish to edit by simply selecting it. From here you can edit the time, date and place in which the offer is valid. Also, you can change the offer to ask for the spend amount and add it to a reward program.
Once your scanner 'synchronises', which happens automatically, they will download the new offer rules.
It is important to note that you cannot change the offer type from a 'Single-use' to 'Multi-use' for example. In order to do this, you will need to create a new offer.
