My scanner isn’t working, what can I do?

The three most common scanner issues have simple solutions. Check through these and if they don’t work our team is on hand to help.

 

  1. Turn off/on – Please switch your scanner off then on again using the button either on top or the side of your scanner. This will reset the device and data connection.

  2. Data is disabled – If you cannot connect your scanner you may have data disabled, or not have data at all. Please contact support@coniq.com if you have followed step 1 and your scanner says 'no data connection' when in the scan code screen.

  3. Scanner not activated – if your scanner is not activated you will not be able to scan offer codes and a message 'Please scan an activation code' will appear. Please click here to see how to activate your scanner.
