Not receiving your test email?

There are two possible reasons; the most likely is it landed in the Junk folder of your email account – take a look our blog on best practice to avoid customers' junk folders.

The other possible reason is that Coniq HQ is sending out a lot of emails and there is a queue. If your test email is at the back of the queue it may take a little while to come through.

Please get in touch with support@coniq.com if your email is not in your junk or promotions folder and it has been over 10 minutes.
