Sending follow up emails to your customers - based on customer behaviour

There are several ways you can send a campaign to customers who have been responsive to previous communications or redeemed certain promotions. 

If a recipient uses a Sign-up form or redeemed a certain offer they will be tagged. If you want to target them again create a new email and head to the ‘To’ field. Look for the name of the campaign(s) you are interested in, you can add as many as you like and don’t worry if a customer is in more than one tag, they won’t receive duplicate emails.
